Information about the chat operator

The advisory chat room is operated by the Make it in Germany – Migration Support Centre (VWC) of the International and Specialized Services (ZAV), which are part of the Federal Employment Agency of Germany (BA).
The Make it in Germany – Migration Support Centre (VWC) is a centralised information service providing answers to all questions about living and working in Germany. With its range of services both before and after their arrival in Germany, VWC helps foreign workers feel welcome and get accustomed to life in Germany as rapidly as possible. It furthermore supports international qualified professionals in their efforts to find a job in Germany and informs employees about the possibilities of international recruitment.
