How to use the “Make it in Germany” job listings You can use the filter above to search for vacancies in your line of work. If you know the name of your profession in German, just write it in the search box. Then click “Filter”. If you do not know the name of your profession in German, write the name or a related search term in your native language in the search box. Then click the “Translate into German” box. Now choose your native language. The name of your profession or your search term will then be machine-translated into German. After that, click “Filter” to see the vacancies that match your search. The job vacancies are written in the language in which the employer sent them to the Federal Employment Agency (BA). Most of the vacancies on the job exchange are currently in German.
