Founding a new company

Most people who decide to work on a self-employed basis found a new company. This offers the advantage of allowing the founder to implement their own ideas. Founding a company while working (part time)

You may decide to initially work on a part-time basis only. As an employee, you have the right to do additional work in your spare time – but depending on your contract, you may need to consult your employer first.
