Passau-based ICUnet.AG prepares qualified professionals and managers for international cooperation and aids companies in their efforts to build new locations all over the world. The vision and idea that internationality and diversity pay are not simply communicated to customers, but practised in all aspects of the company.
From the recruiting process to integration in the company the focus is on the qualified professional and his or her family, cultural differences and specifics being taken into account just as much as the personal needs of the future employees. In all this, great value is placed on trust, which forms the basis of collaboration. Mutual trust is built up first of all by sharing an evening meal together, for example, or other community-building activities
The German employees are also actively involved in the integration concept. Joint onboarding days, internal training courses and mentoring programmes create value added for the entire workforce. And even outside the office, ICUnet.AG helps its international qualified professionals to get integrated in Germany – whether in finding somewhere to live, registering for a language course or choosing a suitable kindergarten.
A welcoming culture in action both in and outside the company: for its innovative approach to the recruitment and integration of international qualified professionals, ICUnet.AG was awarded the 2015 Success in Diversity award by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
"We are a family-led company and each and every employee is part of the family. That makes us strong."
