Sales Executive (SE), from initial conception of the opportunity to contract signature, will drive new business growth with keen emphasis on new logos. He or she is responsible for building the business by identifying and selling prospects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Establish relationships and secure contracts with new customers that lead to achieving assigned sales quotas and targets
Consult with the prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
Work with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery teams to address customer requirements
Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English and German
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Ability to work across organizations and meet with stakeholders within accounts
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
Has proven track record of most significant achievement

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in enterprise software sales
Experience in technical sales (solution selling)
