Für unsere Alten- und Pflegeheime in verschiedenen Regionen Bayerns suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/f/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kundenbezogene ganzheitliche Pflege auf der Grundlage eines christlichen Menschenbildes
• Medikamenten- und Wundversorgungen oder weitere ärztliche Verordnungen 
• Kontakt zwischen Kund*innen, Angehörigen und Ärzt*innen 
• Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Konzepten, Standards und Methoden der Pflege

Ihre Voraussetzungen 

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger/in, Pflegefachmann/-frau oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, die im Herkunftsland staatlich anerkannt ist
• Wertschätzung gegenüber Kund*innen mit Beeinträchtigung 
• Selbständiges Arbeiten, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
• Organisationsfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit 
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende und an Feiertagen, aber auch zur Mitarbeit im Wechselschichtdienst (3 Schichten) 
• Loyalität gegenüber Kirche und Diakonie
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1-Niveau mit Zertifikat) sowie die Bereitschaft, diese zu verbessern, sind erforderlich

The Rummelsberg services for people in old age are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) for retirement and nursing homes in various regions of Bavaria.

Your role

• Provide holistic, client-centred care based on a Christian view of humanity
• Medication and wound care or other medical prescriptions
• Liaise between clients, relatives and doctors
• Helping to ensure compliance with nursing rules and regulations, standards and procedures

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Geriatric Nurse, Nursing Specialist or Health and Care Professional Appreciation of clients with disabilities, which is state-recognised in the country of origin
• Respect for customers with disabilities
• Ability to work independently, flexibility and reliability
• Organisational skills, commitment and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts (3 shifts)
• Loyalty to the Church and social welfare organization
• Good knowledge of German (at least B1 level, certificate needed) and a willingness to improve this are required
