Deine Rolle bei uns

Arbeitsvorbereitung

Du richtest die Baustelle ein, prüfst Materialien und planst den Ablauf so, dass alles reibungslos und effizient läuft.

Untergrundvorbereitung

Du bereitest den Untergrund sauber, stabil und fachgerecht auf – die Grundlage für ein dauerhaft hochwertiges Ergebnis.

Fliesen- und Plattenverlegung

Du verlegst Fliesen und Platten, insbesondere Sechseckfliesen, präzise und nach hohen Qualitätsstandards.

Zuverlässigkeit & Qualitätsbewusstsein

Du arbeitest sorgfältig und professionell. Für Montageeinsätze reist du international, hältst Absprachen ein und lieferst Ergebnisse, auf die sich unsere Kunden verlassen können.

With over 35 years of experience and a constantly growing, qualified team, we support our customers  from consultation, planning and quotation preparation  through to a professional laying, installation and completion.

What to expect:

• Future-oriented, permanent position
• Attractive compensation: Salary depends on qualification and is paid at a fixed hourly rate, plus allowances. Minimum 18 €/hour for assistants, from 22 €/hour for skilled workers.

Your tasks:

As a tiler, you are responsible for the precise preparation and execution of our installation projects. Your duties include thorough work preparation, setting up the construction site, checking materials, and planning the workflow.

Professional substrate preparation is also part of your role, ensuring that all surfaces are stable and ready for installation. You carry out the installation of tiles and slabs—particularly hexagonal tiles—while consistently meeting the highest quality standards.

Your focus is on demanding projects in breweries and dairies, where your expertise is essential to meet the specific technical and hygienic requirements of these industries.

Your Skill Set:

• You have solid manual skills
• You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently
• You hold a valid Class B driving license
• You are physically fit and motivated by new challenges
• You show initiative and a strong service mindset

Are you ready to travel internationally and do assembly work? We provide accommodation and food. Do you have an A2 level of English? The employment takes place in the German company and in accordance with the German collective agreement. You do not have to move, you can continue to live in your home country.
