Für einen internationalen Technologie- und Entertainment-Kunden in Malta suchen wir Mandarin-sprechende Kandidaten für eine kundenorientierte Online-Rolle in einem professionellen Studio-Umfeld.

We are recruiting Mandarin-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives for a global technology company based in Malta.

In this role, you will work in a professional studio environment, interacting with online users and delivering a high-quality, engaging digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and host online interactive sessions from a live studio environment
• Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
• Maintain high service and presentation standards at all times
• Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Report any technical or operational issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment

Requirements

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Fluent Mandarin
• Conversational English (B1 or above preferred)
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
