Job Title: Master of Botanical Vitality – Longevity Gardener & Foraging Specialist (m/f/d)

Focus: Medicinal Herb Architecture, Microgreens & Soil-to-Plate Supply

Location: Allgäu, Germany (Bavaria)

Contract: Full-Time / Dual Trainee

You don’t grow flowers for decoration. You cultivate cellular medicine for the kitchen.

Our kitchen doesn't order micro-plastic herb tubs from wholesale middlemen. We produce our high-potency plants right on the resort grounds.

We are creating a 4-quadrant functional garden: Bitter herbs for liver metabolism, polyphenols for neuro-protection, cruciferous microgreens for sulforaphane, and wild mountain berries for vascular elasticity.

Your Playground & Impact:

· Design, plant, and maintain our organic production beds, indoor microgreen stations, and permaculture cycles.

· Lead daily botanical foraging walks across the Allgäu hills to harvest wild yarrow, dandelion, and spruce tips.

· Educate our culinary and service brigade daily on active plant compounds and harvest timing.

· Benefit from our academic research cooperation in Phytotherapy & Regenerative Agriculture.

Who You Are:

· Background in organic horticulture, permaculture design, herbology, or agricultural sciences.

· Deep knowledge of alpine and Central European medicinal and culinary herbs.

· Hands-on maker who bridges the gap between raw soil and Michelin-level plating.

· Open to international applicants (Opportunity Card / Chancenkarte welcome).
