Welcome to the new issue of the Make it in Germany brief newsletter. In this new feature, we are going to inform our newsletter subscribers about new content on our website and social media - in order for you to not miss anything in the future.
Updates on Make it in Germany
In the Federal Employment Agency's file of latest applicant profiles, you can find interesting applications from candidates who are currently living abroad and would like to take up employment or vocational training in Germany. The latest profiles are from the sectors IT, trades and technology, engineering and from the THAMM Plus project (sanitary and refrigeration technology, logistics, construction, metal, confectionery and catering).

In our one-pager, we provide brief and concise information about what Make it in Germany is and offers.
You will find a German version on the web page for employers (under "Finding support" in the download section), while the version for skilled workers is available in four languages (DE, EN, ES, FR) and linked here. Feel free to share or use it for your counselling!

Many new graphics have been added to the existing ones for certain types of visa. They provide a clear overview of the visa process and the requirements for different types of visa. All graphics can be found in the download section under "Explanatory graphics on the visa process".

Skilled workers wishing to apply for a work visa or learn all about the new opportunity card (from 1 June 2024) can attend the webinars with the Make it in Germany experts - new dates are now available!

New dates for the Make it in Germany webinars for employers are online: On May 7, you can learn about how to find and tie skilled workers from abroad and in July we will inform you about the changes that will be implemented from 1 June 2024 through the new Skilled Immigration Act.
