Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Eismacher:in/Produktionsleiter:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit in unserer Eismanufaktur in Dortmund.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

• Produktion von Speiseeis in unserer Manufaktur
• Erstellung von Produktionsplänen
• Einkauf von Rohstoffen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Eissorten & Rezepturen
• Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse
• Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Produktqualität durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Speiseeis oder anderen Lebensmitteln
• Hohes Hygienebewusstsein (idealerweise mit Hygieneschulung oder Gesundheitszeugnis)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Organisationsgeschick und hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld

Tasks

We are looking for a full-time or part-time ice cream maker/production manager (m/w/d) in our ice cream manufacturing facility in Dortmund as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities include:

• Production of ice cream in our manufacture
• Preparation of production plans
• Purchase of raw materials
• Development and implementation of new ice cream varieties & recipes
• Control and monitoring of production processes
• Ensuring a consistently high product quality through regular quality checks

Qualification

• Experience in the production of ice cream or other food products
• High hygiene awareness (ideally with hygiene training or health certificate)
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic production environment
• Good English language skills if no German language skills are available
