Job Title: Alchemist of Botanical Spirits – Head Mixologist / Longevity Bar Trainee (m/f/d)

Focus: 100% Non-Alcoholic Pairing, Fermentation & Cellular Elixirs

Location: Allgäu, Germany (Bavaria)

Contract: Full-Time / Trainee Program

We are leaving industrial spirits behind. Our lounge and restaurant operate on a radical premise: 100% Alcohol-Free, 100% Functional.

We craft custom botanical extractions, cold-brewed medicinal teas, live ferments, and adaptogenic distillates that elevate dining without neurotoxins or glucose crashes.

Your Playground & Impact:

· Formulate cutting-edge mocktails, water kefirs, house kombuchas, and herbal hydrosols using commercial vacuum blenders and slow juicers.

· Design functional liquid pairings tailored to our 10 guest archetypes (focus, deep sleep, metabolic calm).

· Complete our Master/Bachelor Traineeship in Functional Beverages & Phytotherapy with university credentials.

Who You Are:

· Experienced bartender or beverage professional fascinated by fermentation, botanicals, and liquid craftsmanship.

· Great floor presence, confident in explaining the biochemical narrative of each glass to international guests.

· Opportunity Card holders, international mixologists, or hospitality talents currently in the EU/Germany with strong English skills.
