°°°Anlagenmechaniker - Sanitär-, Heizungs- & Klimatechnik (m/w/d)°°°

für folgende Aufgabengebiete:

• Heizungs- & Sanitärinstallationen aller Art in Wohnungen
• Hausverteilungen
• Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzungen

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker (m/w) - Sanitär-, Heizungs- & Klimatechnik
• Berufserfahrung in den o.g. Tätigkeiten ist von Vorteil
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft für die gelegentliche Unterstützung bei anderen anfallenden Arbeiten wie z.B. Winterdienst

• Baustellen hauptsächlich in Innenräumen
• keine Überstunden
• keine Wochenendarbeit
• Aufträge angeschlossen an Hausverwaltung - über Jahre gesicherte Aufträge

We are looking for a committed and reliable

°°°Plant Mechanic – Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning (m/f/d)°°°

for our trade business to carry out the following tasks:

All types of heating and plumbing installations in flats

Building distribution systems

Maintenance, repairs and refurbishments

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic (m/f) – Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas is an advantage
• Category B driving licence
• Good command of German of at least B1
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to occasionally assist with other tasks as they arise, such as winter maintenance
