Das Volontariat ist ein Training-on-the-Job mit einer Dauer von 24 Monaten, die durch externe Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen ergänzt und mit einer tekom-Zertifizierung abgeschlossen wird.

Deine Aufgaben sind herausfordernd

•Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Anleitungen unter Berücksichtigung der redaktionellen Vorgaben, geltender Normen und Richtlinien •Eigenständige Recherche relevanter Inhalte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen •Strukturieren und Modularisieren bestehender Inhalte •Erstellen und Bearbeiten von technischen Grafiken aus CAD-Dateien

Das bringst Du mit

•Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. GeR C1 in Wort und Schrift) •Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. GeR B2 in Wort und Schrift) •Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung •EDV-Kenntnisse •Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine hohe Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung runden dein Profil ab •Organisierte, eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

A2 Doku GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Nuremberg. We are a full-service provider in the field of technical documentation and product safety, serving national and international clients from a wide variety of sectors.

As soon as possible, we are looking for a volunteer for technical editing (m/f/d).

The volunteer position is a training-on-the-job program lasting 24 months, which will be supplemented by external further training efforts and concludes with a tekom certification.

Your tasks are challenging:

• Creating and updating instructions in accordance with editorial guidelines, applicable standards, and regulations

• Conducting independent research into relevant content in close collaboration with subject areas

• Structuring and modularizing existing content

• Creating and editing technical graphics from CAD files

What you bring:

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level in both spoken and written form)

• Good English language skills in spoken and written form (minimum B2 level in both spoken and written form)

• Completed technical training

• Computer skills

• Strong communication skills and a high focus on results and solutions complete your profile

• An organized, independent, and team-oriented work style
