Aufgaben
- Herstellung von verschiedenen Wurstsorten
- Füllen und Räuchern von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren
- Fachgerechte Zerlegung von Fleisch
- Gewissenhafte Bedienung von Maschinen und Anlagen
- Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienevorschriften
Anforderungen
- Vorausgesetzt wird eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fleischer/in oder Metzger/in oder vergleichbares Profil
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Freundlichkeit und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise werden erwartet.
