As an NDT Specialist (Non-Destructive Testing), you ensure the safety and integrity of critical components, making you an essential guarantor for flight safety.

Your Tasks and Goals

  • Execution of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) according to the highest aviation standards.
  • Focus on Level 2 Testing in the following, critical procedures for us: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) per EN 4179 / NAS410, Eddy Current Testing (ET) per EN 4179 / NAS410, X-ray Testing (RT) per EN 4179 / NAS410
  • Meticulous documentation and evaluation of measurement results for the preparation of substantiated test reports.

Your Expertise

  • Completed qualification as a Materials Tester in NDT according to EN4179/NAS410.
  • Proof of a Level 2 Certification in the procedures Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, or X-ray Testing. At least one procedure is mandatory.
  • Proof of the required experience periods per procedure as mandated by EN 4179.
  • Advanced German knowledge and Intermediate English knowledge.
  • Systematic, meticulous, and independent way of working.
  • Strong teamwork, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
