Your future role:

As Head of Sales qPCR, you will be responsible for the further development of national sales (DE) and international launch (AT, CH, Europe) and market development of our qPCR product line "Lab direct qPCR." As the person responsible for acquisitions, you will initiate and coordinate market activities, act as the primary contact for our customers, ensure that their demands will be satisfied, and provide excellent customer service. Your goal is to sustainably establish FRIZ as a reliable partner for qPCR diagnostic solutions and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and company growth by developing customized sales solutions, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer acquisition and establishment of long-term partnerships for our Lab direct qPCR products in AT, CH and Europe including laboratories, distributors, (research) institutes, hospitals, and industry partners
  • Development and documentation of country-specific pricing strategies in terms of reimbursement and regulation within a framework of the company´s strategy and internal guidelines
  • Development and implementation of international marketing and sales strategies in cooperation with general management
  • Offer, draft and contract management as well as cost accounting according to general management requirements
  • Collection and analysis of data on procurement, pricing, order volumes, distributors and total sales
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines for IVDR products in the different countries

Your ideal qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional sales experience in the field of molecular diagnostics
  • Expertise as a sales representative for regions outside Germany (Europe/Austria/Switzerland)
  • Established and engaged network with active relationships among key stakeholders in the European laboratory community
  • Own experience in the lab with qPCR and molecular biology techniques is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English. French is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
