Wir möchten unser Team vergrößern und suchen ab sofort: Servicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Reparaturannahme in Vollzeit

DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Du nimmst Fahrräder und E-Bikes in unserem Servicebereich entgegen • Nimmst die zu erledigenden Wünsche des Kunden auf und stehst ihm bei Rückfragen und für Terminvereinbarungen stets zur Verfügung • Ebenso gehört die Ausgabe von reparierten bzw. anderweitig bearbeiteten Fahrrädern und E-Bikes zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben • Bei einer durchgeführten Inspektion händigst du ihm, zusammen mit seinem Fahrrad, das ausgefüllte Inspektionsheft aus und verabschiedest den Kunden stets freundlich

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung • Soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit • Hohe Fahrrad- bzw. Technikaffinität • Kundenbindung ist für dich von großer Bedeutung

We are looking to expand our team and are currently recruiting: Full-time Service Assistant (m/f/d) for the repair reception desk

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will receive bicycles and e-bikes in our service area
• You will take note of the customer’s repair requests and be on hand at all times to answer any queries and arrange appointments
• Your daily tasks will also include handing over repaired or otherwise serviced bicycles and e-bikes
• Following an inspection, you will hand the customer their completed inspection booklet along with their bicycle and always see them off in a friendly manner

YOUR PROFILE:

• We expect a fluency in German of level B2 at least
• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• A high degree of independence, organisational skills, flexibility and a customer-focused approach
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong interest in bicycles and technology
• Building customer loyalty is very important to you
