The position is also responsible for driving enterprise-wide client relationships, leading coordinated planning and execution, and maximizing revenue retention, renewals, and new sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Identify enterprise-wide opportunities across assigned Premier Accounts and align Broadridge resources to support them.
  • Own account retention and support long-term client growth.
  • Create strategic account plans with annual goals, opportunities, risks and account insights.
  • Build senior and C-level client relationships to expand Broadridge’s reach and influence.
  • Serve as the main contact for senior leadership and partners, sharing key account updates.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including Account Specialists, Sales Leaders, Product Specialists and executive management.
  • Maintain regular communication to support teamwork across Broadridge.
  • Lead core account meetings to align sales activity and account priorities.
  • Stay current on Broadridge products and services to position solutions effectively with clients.
  • Monitor account health, client satisfaction and service issues, escalating and resolving concerns as needed.
  • Generate large pipeline opportunities by matching client needs with Broadridge solutions.
  • Lead a consistent Quarterly Business Review process focused on executive-level account performance.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English; Dutch language would be beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets and FinTech, with working knowledge of Securities Services and Asset Management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Skilled at navigating senior relationships in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Willing to travel globally, across Europe and North America.
  • Able to communicate across cultures and work effectively with cultural differences.
  • Preferred location is Frankfurt,.
  • Work permit for Germany
