Ihre Aufgaben 

• Prüfung von Zeichnungen, technischen Spezifikationen, BoQs und Projektdokumentationen
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Material Take-Offs (MTOs), Mengen und BoQs
• Erstellung von technischen Beschaffungsunterlagen, Spezifikationen und Procurement Packages
• Definition technischer Leistungsumfänge für Lieferanten und Subunternehmer
• Identifikation und technische Bewertung geeigneter Lieferanten und Subunternehmer
• Unterstützung bei RFQs/RFPs und Technical Bid Evaluations
• Prüfung technischer Angebote, Abweichungen, Ausschlüsse und Alternativlösungen
• Kontrolle von Mengen, Baufortschritt und erbrachten Leistungen anhand von Zeichnungen, BoQs und Vertragsumfang
• Erstellung von Fortschrittsmessungen, Zahlungsübersichten und Zahlungsunterlagen
• Prüfung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerrechnungen anhand des bestätigten Leistungsfortschritts
• Überwachung von Vertragswerten, Verpflichtungen, Zahlungen und Projektkosten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Kosten- und Zahlungsprognosen, Cost-to-Complete und Forecast Final Cost
• Überwachung von Long-Lead Items sowie Beschaffungs- und Subunternehmerterminen
• Erfassung und Bewertung von Änderungen, Mengenabweichungen, Kosten- und Termin Auswirkungen
• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation von Claims, Variations und Extension-of-Time-(EOT)-Sachverhalten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, Finance und Contract & Claims Management

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Construction Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Berufserfahrung in HV, BESS, Umspannwerken, erneuerbaren Energien, Infrastruktur oder EPC-Projekten
• Erfahrung in technischer Beschaffung und Subunternehmermanagement
• Erfahrung mit MTOs, BoQs, technischen Spezifikationen und technischen Leistungsbeschreibungen
• Erfahrung in Mengen- und Fortschrittskontrolle, Zahlungszertifizierung und/oder Cost Control
• Sicherer Umgang mit elektrischen und zivil-/bautechnischen Zeichnungen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie analytische und ausgeprägte Reporting-Fähigkeiten
• Verständnis von Projektkosten, Terminplänen und Kostenprognosen
• Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• Erfahrung im Bereich Contract & Claims Management
• Kenntnisse von IEC-, VDE- oder deutschen Baunormen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse ist zwigend erforderlich

Your Responsibilities

• Review drawings, technical specifications, BoQs and project documentation
• Prepare and verify Material Take-Offs (MTOs), quantities and BoQs
• Prepare technical procurement documents, specifications and procurement packages
• Define technical Scopes of Work for suppliers and subcontractors
• Identify and technically evaluate suitable suppliers and subcontractors
• Support the preparation of RFQs/RFPs and Technical Bid Evaluations
• Review technical offers, deviations, exclusions and alternative solutions
• Monitor quantities, physical progress and completed works against drawings, BoQs and contractual scope
• Prepare progress measurements, payment summaries and payment documentation
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices against verified physical progress
• Monitor contract values, commitments, payments and project costs
• Prepare and maintain cost and payment forecasts, Cost-to-Complete (CTC) and Forecast Final Cost (FFC)
• Monitor long-lead items and procurement/subcontracting schedules
• Identify and assess scope changes, quantity deviations and cost and schedule impacts
• Support the documentation of claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) matters
• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, Finance and Contract & Claims Management

Your Profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Professional experience in HV, BESS, substations, renewable energy, infrastructure or EPC projects
• Experience in technical procurement and subcontractor management
• Experience with MTOs, BoQs, technical specifications and technical Scopes of Work
• Experience in quantity control, progress measurement, payment certification and/or cost control
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and civil/structural drawings
• Strong Excel, analytical and reporting skills
• Good understanding of project costs, schedules and cost forecasting
• Structured, analytical and independent working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in Contract & Claims Management
• Knowledge of IEC, VDE and/or German construction standards
• Good English skills; German language skills are mandatory
