Your responsibilities

At thyssenkrupp Forged Tech you will play a key role in expanding Berco’s Aftermarket business by shaping our product portfolio, supporting commercial activities and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in an international manufacturing network.   • Drive and support strategic growth initiatives for the global Aftermarket business while identifying opportunities and mitigating commercial risks.
  • Coordinate Aftermarket activities across sales, operations, supply chain, finance and manufacturing sites to ensure effective business execution.
  • Support commercial activities including pricing, quotations, delivery coordination and customer-related escalations.
  • Optimize the Aftermarket product portfolio by supporting product introductions, standardization initiatives and profitability improvements.
  • Contribute to business planning, demand forecasting and performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders across the organization to drive sustainable and profitable business growth.

Your profile

You bring…

  • A university degree in Business, Engineering or a comparable discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales or other commercial roles, preferably within an industrial or automotive environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • A structured and process-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative way of working.
  • Fluent Business English and general willingness to travel internationally; additional Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
