The contact form completes the existing information offers with the possibility of asking individual and more detailed questions and is therefore the central information mailbox for you. The contact form is jointly implemented by Make it in Germany, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Federal Employment Agency (BA).
The protection of private and personal rights is a central concern for the BAMF and the BA. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the following issues:
Your concerns will be assigned to one of five main topics and will be handled either by the BAMF or the BA, depending on their technical responsibility:
- Looking for and recruiting skilled workers / trainees from abroad (BA)
- Recognition of foreign professional qualifications (BAMF)
- Visa requirements for skilled workers / trainees from abroad (BAMF)
- Integration , German and vocational language courses (BAMF)
- Questions about the project Make it in Germany (Make it in Germany)
If needed, your contact requests will be forwarded by email between the BAMF and the BA in order to provide you with the best service possible. If transferring your request to a BAMF or BA official is not possible, your personal data (name, occupation, company name and email address) and your request will be passed on to the BAMF or BA official in charge via email. Information is exchanged via encrypted emails only.
The personal data you provide will be collected, used and processed by the BAMF and the BA exclusively for the purpose of your consultation. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The information you provide to the BAMF and the BA is voluntarily shared by you. Your data will be deleted immediately.
