If needed, your contact requests will be forwarded by email between BAMF and BA in order to provide you with the best service possible. There, they will be recorded in Jira Fields for reliable processing and summarisation. If it is not possible to assign your enquiry to a BAMF or BA staff member, your personal data (name, email address, nationality, current place of residence, profession, qualifications) and your enquiry will be forwarded by email to BAMF or BA official in charge. Information is exchanged via encrypted emails only.

The personal data you provide will be collected, used and processed by the BAMF and the BA exclusively for the purpose of your consultation. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The information you provide to the BAMF and the BA is voluntarily shared by you. Your data will be deleted immediately.
