The Welcome Centers listed on make-it-in-germany.com are facilities supporting international professionals and their families upon arrival in a new region or state in Germany. Therefore, they provide a wide range of services directly on site. Some Welcome Centers have additional target groups such as students and trainees from abroad. They also provide companies with information on recruitment abroad, recognition of foreign professional qualifications, integration of international professionals and the development of a welcome culture. Welcome Centres have been established at various locations throughout Germany. They have different forms of organisation and are usually supported by local authorities or federal states.
