When companies want to hire a specialist from abroad, many questions arise: Where can I find suitable specialists? What if the specialist speaks little German? How much bureaucracy can I expect? Recruiting from abroad can be challenging. The Hand in Hand for International Talents (HiH) pilot project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, supports companies throughout the entire process and connects them with international skilled workers for IHK professions. In the webinar, we will show you how you can benefit from the offer and share our experiences.
