Integration through Qualification (IQ)
German: Integration durch Qualifizierung (IQ)
The "Integration through Qualification (IQ)" funding program offers consulting and qualification services for migrants, companies and other labor market actors. The goal is to improve the labor market opportunities of people who immigrate to Germany. The program is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
