Pre-approval of the visa

A pre-approval of the visa will be issued after successful completion of the fast-track procedure for skilled workers. With this pre-approval, the international professional receives an appointment for the visa application at the responsible German mission abroad (embassy or consulate) more quickly, as well as a decision on the application within a fixed period (usually three weeks).
The pre-approval of the visa is usually valid for three months from the date of issuance.
