Role Overview: As our Product Innovations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with designers and utilize AI-driven software to develop innovative product concepts.
- Liaise with international suppliers to guide the product development process from concept to final production.
- Ensure all products align with our brand’s quality standards and market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product development, ideally within the textile or home décor sector.
- Strong understanding of market research and trend analysis.
- Experience working with design teams and familiarity with AI or tech-driven product development tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are beneficial.
