Working Student UAS Regulatory Affairs (m/f/d)

Interested in unmanned aviation and eager to help turn innovative UAV concepts into approved

operations? Join our team and support regulatory applications, operational documentation, and

compliant UAS processes.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support approval processes with the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA) and prepare application documents
• Contribute to SORA assessments, ConOps documents, operational manuals, risk assessments, and supporting evidence
• Maintain and quality-check technical and operational documentation with engineering and flight operations teams
• Help define, standardize, and improve internal processes for regulatory compliance and operational approvals

WHAT YOU`LL BRING:

• Technical studies (e.g. Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to documentation and processes
• Interest in UAS regulations, SORA, risk assessment, and approval processes; prior knowledge is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Confident use of common office applications and ability to prepare clear, traceable documents
• Independent, reliable working style and effective collaboration across technical and operational teams
