Ihre Aufgaben 

Gesamtverantwortung für die Koordination, Überwachung und Steuerung aller Baustellenaktivitäten und des eingesetzten Personals

• Führung und Koordination eines multidisziplinären Baustellenteams, bestehend aus:
  • Bedienern von Hebe- und Kranmaschinen mit entsprechender Qualifikation
  • Bedienern von Erdbewegungs- und Baumaschinen mit entsprechender Qualifikation
  • Lkw-Fahrern mit Führerschein Klasse CE
  • Fachkräften für Elektrotechnik
  • Mechanikern / Installateuren
  • Mechanikern / Elektrikern / Schweißern
  • Bauhelfern und allgemeinen Arbeitskräften
• Planung und Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe des gesamten Baustellenpersonals
• Einteilung von Personal, Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Materialien entsprechend den jeweiligen Prioritäten
• Koordination der verschiedenen Gewerke und Sicherstellung einer effizienten und fachgerechten Ausführung in der richtigen Reihenfolge
• Überwachung von Qualität, Baufortschritt und Arbeitssicherheit
• Erkennen technischer und organisatorischer Probleme sowie Koordination geeigneter Lösungen
• Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und sicheren Nutzung von Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Arbeitsmitteln
• Koordination von Materialanlieferungen und der Baustellenlogistik
• Enge Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsleitung bzw. Projektleitung sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung über Baufortschritt, Probleme und erforderliche Maßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
• Sicherstellung, dass Tätigkeiten, für die eine spezielle Qualifikation oder Berechtigung erforderlich ist, ausschließlich von entsprechend qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden
• Bei Bedarf aktive Unterstützung bei praktischen Arbeiten auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

• Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter/in, Polier/in, Vorarbeiter/in, Baustellenleiter/in, Site Supervisor oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in multidisziplinären Bau- oder Industrieprojekten
• Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:
  • Mechanik
  • Elektrotechnik
  • Sanitär- und Rohrleitungsarbeiten
  • Stahlbau und Schweißarbeiten
  • Erdarbeiten
  • Hebe- und Kranarbeiten
  • allgemeine Bauarbeiten
• Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen, Montagepläne und Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Mitarbeiterführung, Organisation und Problemlösung
• Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, auf der Baustelle eigenständig und praxisorientiert Entscheidungen zu treffen
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf selbst praktisch auf der Baustelle mitzuarbeiten
• Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Umzugsbereitschaft

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the coordination, supervision, and management of all construction site activities and personnel
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary construction site team, including:
  • Qualified lifting and crane machinery operators
  • Qualified earthmoving and construction machinery operators
  • Truck drivers holding a Category CE driving licence
  • Qualified electrical technicians
  • Mechanical fitters / installers
  • Mechanical fitters / electricians / welders
  • Construction workers and general laborers
• Plan and coordinate the daily activities and workflows of all construction site personnel
• Allocate manpower, machinery, tools, and materials according to priorities and project requirements
• Coordinate different trades and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, correctly, and in the proper sequence
• Monitor quality, project progress, and site safety
• Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Ensure the proper and safe use of machinery, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate material deliveries and overall construction site logistics
• Maintain close communication with management and/or project management and regularly report on progress, issues, and requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable legal requirements
• Ensure that activities requiring specific qualifications, licences, or permits are carried out only by appropriately qualified personnel
• Take a hands-on approach and actively support practical site activities when required

Your Profile

• Proven professional experience as a Construction Manager, Site Foreman, Foreman, Site Supervisor, Construction Site Manager, or in a comparable position
• Extensive practical experience in multidisciplinary construction or industrial projects
• Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Mechanical works
  • Electrical works
  • Plumbing and piping
  • Steel construction and welding
  • Earthworks
  • Lifting and crane operations
  • General construction works
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, installation plans, and work instructions
• Strong team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of safety awareness and the ability to make independent, practical decisions on site
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach and participate in practical site work when required
• Responsible, structured, and independent working style
• Willingness to relocate
