Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a** Project Management Specialist (m/f/d). **Possible other locations: Bábolna, Toledo, Ostróda, Enns, Günzburg, Duisburg.

What your job includes

• Responsibility over cost or efficiency evaluation projects: Volume movements, backup validations, contingency plans
• Product transfer coordination among plants & key stakeholders
• Support the Digitalization of our Planning Team: SOP process, periodical KPI sharing, stock levels
• Support the SAP IBP Implementation bridging central and local functions
• Integration with logistics partner improvement: Demand analysis, periodical alignments and KPI monitoring
• Consultation of our customer’s digital portals and maintenance
• Support with daily business alignment and serve as a backup for our Planning Manager

What we expect from you

• A university degree in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Continuous improvement related fields
• CPIM, Six Sigma, WCM, Green belt trainings are a plus
• Significant experience in in multinational manufacturing environment in Supply Chain / Planning / Continuous Improvement positions
• Significant proactivity and autonomy
• Excel, Power Point and ERP systems
• Analytical skills & data driven approach
• Good communication skills with various ranges of stakeholders
• Open-minded and flexible approach
• Fluency in English, additional EU language preferred
