Declaration of Employment
German: Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis
By signing the Declaration of Employment, the employer confirms that a foreign skilled worker has been offered a concrete job according to Section 18 (2) No. 1 of the Residence Act [AufenthG] and that the employee is truly practising that occupation. The Declaration is needed and has to be presented when applying for a residence title for the purpose of employment at the competent German mission abroad or the foreigners authority.
