To support our Cosmetics Division at Worlée-Chemie GmbH in Hamburg, we are currently seeking a:

Sales Manager (m/f/d) France

Your resposibilities:

• Drive market development in France for cosmetic raw materials
• Identify and approach potential new customers (New Business Development)
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships on both technical and commercial levels
• Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations and offer
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to support strategic sales development
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as R&D, Product Safety, and Quality Assurance
• Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and customer events in France.
• Engage in extensive travel within the sales region

Your profile:

• Hold a degree in Chemistry, Cosmetics, Life Sciences, or a related technical field
• Have several years of sales experience in cosmetic or personal care raw materials, preferably with a focus on the French market
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, prioritizing results within set deadlines
• Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to excel in a highly ambitious environment, demonstrating a high degree of self-motivation
• Be open to extensive travel within the designated region
• Possess fluency in French and strong English proficiency (B2 level); proficiency in German is a plus
