Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen kreativen und motivierten Floristen (m/w/d) zu uns.

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit – wir freuen uns über die Unterstützung von jemandem mit einer Leidenschaft für Blumen und florales Design.

Ihre Verantwortung: Erstellen von Blumensträußen, Blumenarrangements und dekorativen Blumendesigns Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden Pflege und Präsentation von Pflanzen und Schnittblumen Gestaltung und Pflege von saisonalen Verkaufsdisplays Unterstützung von Bestellprozessen und Produktbetreuung Unterstützung bei Event- und Hochzeitsfloristik (je nach Erfahrung)

Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Florist oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung ist von Vorteil Kreativität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Farbe und Design Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden Zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau A2 Inbound – Arbeiten aus dem Ausland

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and motivated Florist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. Full-time or part-time – we are happy to welcome support from someone with a passion for flowers and floral design.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating bouquets, floral arrangements, and decorative floral designs
• Advising and assisting customers
• Caring for and presenting plants and cut flowers
• Designing and maintaining seasonal sales displays
• Supporting ordering processes and product care
• Assisting with event and wedding floristry (depending on experience)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a florist or comparable practical experience is an advantage
• Creativity and a strong sense of color and design
• Enjoy working with customers
• Reliable and team-oriented working style
• German language skills at least level A2
