Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Pflegedienstleiter/in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit im Arbeitszeitrahmen von 8-16 Uhr.
Tätigkeiten:
- Organisation und Koordination
- Erstellung von Pflegeplänen
- Durchführung von Pflegevisiten
- Erstellung von Dienstplänen
- Entwicklung von Maßnahmen des Qualitätsmanagements
- Unterstützung der Pflegekräfte bei Personalausfällen
Ihr Profil:
- abgeschlossene 3jährige Berufsausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege mit Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
- FS B (alte FS 3) ist zwingend erforderlich
