L&P Elektroautomatisations GmbH ist ein mitteständiges, inhabergeführtes Unternehmen im Bereich Sondermaschinenbau für „End-of-Line-Prüfsysteme“. Seit 1995 mit Schwerpunkt industrielle Bildverarbeitung. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Integration von Bildverarbeitungslösungen zur Prozess-/ und Qualitätsoptimierung in der Produktion. Zu unseren Kunden zählen Fertigungsunternehmen im Bereich Automotive, Elektronik, Glas, Kunststoffspritzguss, Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik und Verpackung. Wir realisieren spannende Projekte für namhafte Kunden im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau und übernehmen Verantwortung für komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte.

Wir suchen für sofort oder nach Absprache einen SPS-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

• Programmierung, Entwicklung, Projektierung und Auslegung von Steuerungen für Sondermaschinen und Anlagen.
• Programmierung Roboter- und Handlings Technik
• Inbetriebnahmen und Anlagenschulung bei unseren Endkunden
• Dokumentationserstellung
• Technischer Support

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik / Automatisierungstechnik oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
• Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau von Vorteil
• Praktische Kenntnisse elektrischer Antriebstechniken und Bussysteme
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bezug auf SPS-Programmierung im TIA Portal / Step7 / WinCC / Beckhoff TwinCAT
• Vorhandene Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15%)
• Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Since 1995 with a focus on industrial image processing. We specialize in the development and integration of image processing solutions for process and quality optimization in production. Our customers include manufacturing companies in the automotive, electronics, glass, plastic injection molding, mechanical engineering, medical technology and packaging sectors. We realize exciting projects for well-known customers in mechanical and plant engineering and take responsibility for complex development projects.

We are looking for a PLC programmer (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Programming, development, project planning and design of control systems for special machines and systems.
• Programming robot and handling technology
• Commissioning and system training for our end customers
• Preparation of documentation
• Technical support

Your profile

• Completed technical training with further training as a technician specializing in electrical engineering / mechatronics / automation technology or a degree
• Professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
• Practical knowledge of electrical drive technologies and bus systems
• Sound knowledge of PLC programming in TIA Portal / Step7 / WinCC / Beckhoff TwinCAT
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15%)
• Confident knowledge of German and English
