Overview of tasks:

• Back-office support only 
• Taking over general administrative tasks
• Provide online support for specific cases 
• Achieving and ensuring quality standards

What we expect:

• Ability to work from our office in Essen
• Fluent in Romanian (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
• Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
• Availability to work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week)
• Affinity with back office services
• Reliable and efficient way of working
• Goal-oriented approach to work
