Customer Service Advisor

We are currently hiring on behalf of TELUS Digital for Swahili-speaking AI Prompt Evaluators to join our growing team in Essen, Germany. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll help improve the performance of cutting-edge AI-driven speech technologies by creating and evaluating content in Swahili.

Responsibilities

• Research, create, and edit written prompts in Swahili
• Ensure prompts are factually accurate, engaging, and adhere to tone guidelines
• Develop smooth, natural conversation flows for AI systems
• Evaluate prompt quality and recommend improvements
• Handle content on a wide range of topics, including sensitive or controversial subjects

Your Profile

• Fluency in Swahili and B2-level English or higher
• Work permit for Germany is required
• Strong writing, grammar, and editing skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging prompts
• Analytical skills to interpret user data and feedback
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable with potentially sensitive content
• University degree preferred but not mandatory
