Deine Aufgaben
- Leitung und Koordination von TGA-Projekten (HLSK/E)
- Steuerung aller Gewerke sowie Bauabläufe vor Ort
- Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Budget
- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen, Schnittstellenmanagement
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Abnahmen & Dokumentation
Dein Profil
- Abschluss in Versorgungs-/Gebäudetechnik oder Techniker/Meister TGA
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich TGA (mind. 3-5 Jahre)
- Kenntnisse in HOAI/VOB sowie Bau- und Vertragswesen
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office & Projektsoftware
- Entscheidungsstark, kommunikationsstark, strukturiert
