What you will do

  • Responsible for the Engineering Group’s competencies, resource management, training and development
  • Ensure lean and stable measurement processes in compliance to specification framework
  • Support deliveries by quality assessment of blocked batches
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement innovation
  • Lead on technical and quality issues
  • Provide leadership and communicate with different stakeholders and departments
  • Ensure the compliance and smooth transition of new products & processes into the wafer test ecosystem

What you will need

  • University Degree in semiconductor physics, electrical engineering, microelectronics or in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a complex manufacturing environment
  • First experience in people management preferred
  • Passion to highly dynamic environments
  • Strong, confident and clear communication skills and assertiveness
  • Motivation to transform pressure into progress
  • Effective Stakeholder management
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
