We're a close-knit team building one of Europe's leading brands for strength training and gym equipment. We're looking for someone highly motivated to join our logistics operations and keep stock moving accurately and efficiently across our warehouse, freight partners, and sales channels. Well functioning operations are the backbone of our company - we’re always looking to improve our ability to surpass our customers expectations.

You'll work closely with our Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager. No prior Amazon or ERP experience is required — we'll teach you the systems. What matters most is that you're reliable, organized, and bring a strong teamwork attitude.

What you'll do

  • Support the goods inbounding team through system preparation and Google Sheets
  • Inbound goods into location
  • Carry out stock checks when issues surface, or escalate when larger checks are required by the team
  • Book outbound shipments and return labels
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues with orders
  • Carry out product quality checks and send replacement parts
  • Investigate discrepancies and make adjustments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our ERP system
  • Assign stock regularly to Amazon FBA warehouses (no prior Amazon experience necessary)
  • Coordinate with our preferred freight forwarders to get stock to our warehouse
  • Support inventory forecasting
  • Coordinate with our supplier partners

What you bring

  • You take initiative and adapt to changing needs throughout the day
  • You're collaborative and team-goal oriented
  • When there's a mess, you clean it up first — then work with others to prevent it from happening again, constructively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You communicate clearly and build trusting relationships
  • You're competent with Google Sheets
  • You're great at solving problems on your own, but never shy to ask questions
  • Strong prioritisation skills and self-discipline
  • Very reliable and organised
  • A growth mindset and a genuine love of getting things done
  • Fluent in English (working knowledge of German is a plus)
  • You're as passionate about your hobby as we are about strength training

Most importantly: you're trustworthy, reliable, and bring a strong teamwork attitude. We're a close-knit team and we value culture fit greatly.

Here’s our offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Permanent contract
  • 35 hours/week
  • 30 paid vacation days per year
  • Continuous training to help you meet job requirements
  • Meritocratic organisation, flat structure and a transparent communication culture
  • Opportunity to grow with and shape the future of a fast-growing company
  • Free gym memberships
  • Large employee discounts (30%+) on Strength Shop equipment and supportive gear
  • Modern office located in Berlin
  • Dog-friendly workplace
  • Young, international team
  • Unique working culture

Think you’re the perfect fit? Even if you’re not ticking every box, we’d still love to hear from you if you’re passionate and ready to dive in. Please apply here: https://jp-trading-strengthshop.workwise.io/job/125159
