Your responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include the coordination of the instrumentation and automation team for our international projects with schedule and budget responsibility.
• You will create conceptual plans and comparisons for automation and instrumentation equipment considering technical and commercial aspects.
• Negotiating with customers, suppliers, and market partners on behalf of your area of expertise is also part of your role.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with our global subsidiaries to realize customer projects.
• Leading and supervising engineering and assembly contractors, as well as coordinating the commissioning of automation components and systems, is also part of your duties.

Your profile

• You have completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or process engineering.
• You have several years of professional experience in specialist project management of technical projects in plant construction.
• You have practical experience in the planning, design, and procurement of sensors (field devices), actuators (valves, drives), and automation systems (process control technology) for chemical industry plants.
• You can demonstrate very good English language skills both verbally and in writing.
• Thanks to your intercultural competence, you work successfully with project team members from different cultures towards a common goal.
• You are flexible and willing to work on construction sites around the globe for several weeks for commissioning purposes.
