IT Administrator

Our IT Operations, Projects and Cyber Security departments completely replace the internal operational IT and Cyber Security of our customers in order to optimize and secure their daily work processes. In doing so, we assume responsibility and act independently within the scope of our delegation competencies.

These activities result in an immense need for optimization and automation. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated Automation Engineer to strengthen our team.

Your tasks:

- Development, implementation and optimization of automation solutions to increase the efficiency of internal processes as well as the processes of our customers
- Use of automation technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate and scripting for process automation
- Development of individual applications in the PowerApps universe to simplify complex processes
- Integration of various systems from our vendors in the areas of RMM, security, etc. via API connections
- Automation of software installations and updates with the help of RMM, scripting or other software
- Collaboration with internal teams to identify and implement automation potentials
- Technical support and training of colleagues in the application of automation solutions

Your profile:

- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Sound experience in the field of automation technologies and application development
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps as well as experience with API connections
- Strong analytical skills as well as a high degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- German language skills in spoken and written are desirable, but not required
