Childcare worker

We are looking for a a child carer for monday, wednesday and friday afternoon for a family with 2 children in Berlin-Westen. The languages spoken at home are English, French, German and Italian. The child care can be in any of these languages.

Your responsibilities
• Ensuring the loving and safe care of the children.
• Structuring the children’s daily routine, for example: developing age-appropriate games and educational activities, reading, helping with homework etc.
• Accompany to and from nursery, school or activities.
• Light child-related housework, such as meal preparation, washing kids clothes, keeping play areas tidy etc.

Your profil
• You have experience working with children and/or babies. An educational or pedagogical background is advantageous.
• You are fond of children, and are warm, loving and empathetic.
• You are organised, independent and flexible.
• You are communicative, friendly and have an open, positive attitude
• You speak English. German knowledge also very desirable.
