We are looking for

Junior SAP Keyuser FI/CO (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen / remote) or in Hungary (Budaörs, Veszprém / hybrid).

Your tasks:

- First level support for SAP related questions from the different locations; filter for the SAP consultants.
- Assisting with adjusting and improving processes in the FI and CO module.
- Close cooperation with the functions as well as the SAP team and other keyusers to ensure the integrity of module comprehensive processes.
- Prepare and conduct trainings with endusers to ensure the necessary knowledge in the operational units - ensuring data integrity within the SAP FI/CO and connecting modules.
- Working in cross-functional teams and projects to ensure the constant improvement of our system and processes.

We are a small but growing team working on improving the Global processes, ensuring that open SAP issues are settled and enabling end users to do their jobs in the best and easiest way possible.
As the Keyusers we are working closely with both the Finance and Controlling side as well as the full SAP Consultant team. We live by an absolute hands on approach and work together as a team in all aspects of our work.

Job requirements

- Completed training or studies in the field of finance or business administration
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in the field of finance (preferably already in the course of internships)
- Very good SAP user knowledge (ideally in the FI/CO area and across modules)
- Very good knowledge of English, ideally good knowledge of German
- Willingness to come to our office regularly (approx. once a month for 2-3 days)
