Manager - Research and Development

Your responsibilities

• Evaluation, analysis and optimization of our business processes in fields of supply chain management, warehouse- and inventory management and logistics for the preparation and support of an ERP implementation.
• Support of the entire software introduction process from conception, implementation up to roll-out.
• Collaboration with consultants and software developers in ERP projects.
• project-related development of tests and documentation of work packages.
• Integration of third-party systems and interfaces into the ERP system.
• Consideration, conceptual design and implementation of business requirements.
• Modification of the ERP system (parameterization, customizing).
• User Support in questions of processes and applications/ functionalities (second level support).

Your profile

• You have a university degree in industrial or production engineering, business data processing specialist or similar.
• Extensive ERP experience in the field of industry and production companies.
• Remarkable process oriented and analytical way of thinking.
• Very good knowledge of the ERP environment, especially in the area of materials management.
• Ideally programming skills.
• High level of communication skills and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness for international travelling as well as fluent business English skills complete your profile.
