Wir betreuen mit einem jungen, motiviertem Team Patienten hauptsächlich mit muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden in Bonn-Dottendorf.

Deine Aufgaben: Als Experte für Bewegung und Therapie betreust du physiotherapeutisch unsere Patienten*innen. Du erstellst Trainingspläne und dokumentierst voll digital unterstützt mit TheOrg und YOLii. In deiner alltäglichen Arbeit erarbeitest du individuelle Behandlungspläne für deine Patienten. Als Teammitglied bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Praxis ein.

Deine Stärken: Du hast Freude im Umgang und der Behandlung von Patienten mit muskuloskelettalen Beschwerden. Weiterentwicklung persönlich oder fachlich liegt dir am Herzen. Neben passiven Behandlungstechniken kennst du auch die Vorteile der aktiven Therapie.

Ob in der Behandlung oder im Trainingsraum – du kannst positiv auf Menschen zugehen und möchtest dies gewinnbringend für unsere Patienten einsetzen. Neben der gemeinsamen Arbeit im Elithera Gesundheitszentrum Bonn-Dottendorf, kannst du dich noch auf einiges mehr freuen:

Du bekommst bei uns regelmäßig Zeit, für die Erstellung von Behandlungsplänen und Dokumentation der Therapien deiner Patienten -bei besetzter Rezeption-.

Arbeit, die sich an dein Leben anpasst. du arbeitest zwei Abend maximal bis 19 Uhr und kannst freitags ab 14 Uhr das Wochenende genießen. Du bekommst die Möglichkeit zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln, durch interne Fortbildungen, Onlinezugang zu physiomeetssince, oder auch externen Weiterbildungen.

Als Team schätzen wir die Gemeinschaft, einmal in der Woche treffen wir uns in der Arbeitszeit als Team um uns fortzubilden, zu diskutieren, oder zum Frühstücken.

Flache Hierarchien und regelmäßige Zielvereinbarungsgespräche sind selbstverständlich. Damit du auch immer gut erholt bist, bekommst du von uns 28 Tage Urlaub bei einer 5-Tage-Woche. Wir freuen uns auf dich!

With a young, motivated team, we care for patients mainly with musculoskeletal complaints in Bonn-Dottendorf. We treat people with HEART!

Your tasks:

As an expert in movement and therapy, you will provide physical therapy care to our patients.

You will create training plans and document them fully digitally with TheOrg and YOLii.

In your daily work, you will develop individual treatment plans for your patients.

As a team member, you will actively contribute to the further development of our practice.

Your strengths:

You enjoy working with and treating patients with musculoskeletal complaints.

Personal and professional development is important to you.

In addition to passive treatment techniques, you are also familiar with the advantages of active therapy.

We will regularly give you time to create treatment plans and document your patients' therapies—when the reception desk is staffed.

Work that fits your life. You work two evenings until 7 p.m. at the latest and can enjoy the weekend from 2 p.m. on Fridays.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop through internal training, online access to physiomeetssince, or external training courses.

As a team, we value community. Once a week, we meet during working hours as a team to learn, discuss, or have breakfast.
