Your Role with Us

As a Store Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant. You are responsible for the overall success of your location – from sales and profitability to delivering outstanding guest service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
• Creating and managing employee schedules
• Receiving deliveries and managing inventory
• Cash handling and daily banking tasks
• Preparing reports on inventory and sales
• Ensuring compliance with all Subway® standards and external regulations
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Implementing marketing campaigns and local promotions
• Ensuring the safety of staff and guests
• Handling guest complaints and maintaining high service standards

What We’re Looking For

You may already have experience in retail, catering, as a store or restaurant manager, supervisor, or in a similar leadership role. If you’re currently working in the quick service or retail sector and looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
