Operating agreement
German: Betriebsvereinbarung
An operating agreement (Betriebsvereinbarung) is an agreement between an employer and the works council which sets out the legally binding work conditions. Unlike a collective agreement (Tarifvertrag), a operating agreement applies to an individual company only.
