Gastronomische Erfahrung ist gewünscht aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich
Wir sind ein international weltoffenes Team.
Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
Ein E-Roller und ein Fahrrad kann gestellt werden

Ihre Aufgaben:

-Zubereitung von qualitativ hochwertigen Menüs
-Kreative Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Rezepte mit gesunden, ausgewogenen, frischen und saisonalen Produkten

-Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Warenbestands- und Lagerkontrollen
-Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften und deren Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

-Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d)
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie
-Hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft im Umgang mit Gästewünschen
-Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am sozialen Miteinander,
-Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Zubereitung und Verkostung von Produkten mit Schweinefleisch

We are one of the oldest, family-run restaurants in Bonn and are in the 4th generation.
Gastronomic experience is desired but not essential
We are an internationally cosmopolitan team.
Knowledge of German is not absolutely necessary.
An e-scooter and a bicycle can be provided

Your tasks:

-Preparation of high quality menus
-Creative support in developing new recipes using healthy, balanced, fresh and seasonal products

- Carrying out incoming goods, inventory and warehouse controls
-Ensuring and complying with hygiene regulations and their documentation

Your profile:

-Training as a chef (m/f/d)
Ideally experience in the hotel/catering industry
-High level of service when dealing with guest requests

- Empathy and enjoyment of social interaction,
-Good communication skills
- Preparation and tasting of pork products
