Our fast-growing team is looking for several ATE Test Engineers. Whether you are fresh out of college with a passion for electronics, board design, programming, and lab work or a seasoned professional with years of experience, get in touch with us, we would love to speak to you.

Typical Job Responsibilities:

- Develop test plans for new IPs and products based on requirements defined by market segment, design architecture, and DFT.
- Provide expert-level inputs on design for test, packaging, and tester platform selection.
- Participate in technical FMEAs, the definition of test coverage, and define new test methodologies.
- Writing test patterns, converting to tester format, and integrating into the test program.
- Test program development for new products, silicon bring-up, characterization, and release to production.
- Test hardware development and validation such as probe cards, load boards, special fixtures, handling kits, and sockets..
- Driving production test cost reduction and yield optimization.
- Developing special Characterization tests to ensure the products meet all applicable quality standards and design specifications.
- Support production ramp and sustained production optimizations as required by our customers.
- Automation of regular tasks and documentation.
- Train others on what you learned

Key Qualification Requirements:

- Experience in test development on Automated Test Equipment (ATE), such as Advantest 93k, T2000, Teradyne J750 & Uflex, LTX-C, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of one or more test domains such as: Digital testing, Mixed-Signal testing, RF, and MEMS.
- Deep knowledge of several basic IPs used in semiconductor products, such as ADCs, DACs, PLL, Oscillators, PMU, DC/DC converters, High-speed IOs, and Communication interfaces.
- Expert in one or more programming languages; C, C++, Java, Python.
- Knowledge of semiconductor product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
- A can-do attitude and teamwork necessary to work in a multicultural, international team
